The importance of hospitality
We are our way of cooking, of imagining a recipe, of identifying producers and choosing raw materials; we are the hosts of our cellar, ready to tell you about each dish and suggest the best accompanying glass. We are in constant movement, in an evolution that is attentive to trends but faithful to its own identity: just like the territory to which we are linked.
Today, more than in the past, we reaffirm the centrality of a Sicily made of secular contaminations and knowledge, which are found and renewed in the dishes that characterise our tables. Likewise, as good Sicilians, we love to make our guests feel good and welcome: this is why we like to talk about hospitality as an added value, rather than professionalism.
