Have you ever participated in a tasting of craft beers? Whatever the answer, we have a proposal for you: a journey to discover a Sicilian brewery combined with a dinner prepared by an excellent chef.We invite you to our tasting of Bruno Ribadi Sicilian craft beers accompanied by a menu conceived and prepared by chef Valentina Rasà, from the Cucina Manipura project .
During the event, four beers will be tasted paired with as many courses: notes of citrus fruits, ancient Sicilian grains, spices, honey will be your discoveries, taste after taste, bite after bite.

The name indicates, in oriental culture, the Chakra linked to the stomach and food: nourishment for the soul and an instrument through which to take care of people.
Bruno Ribadi Brewery
Craft beers ???????????????????? ???????????????????????? they come from Cinisi. The company produces Sicilian craft beer with a totally manual system and use of local raw materials, from grains, to citrus fruits, to spices. Each beer is a journey: an imaginary adventure between Belgium, England, Sicily, following in the footsteps of Bruno and his journey of learning the art of beer.
